Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the regions enabled at checkout. If your country or territory is not available, it will not appear as a shipping option during checkout.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes in all cases — if a carrier requires a physical address, we may need an updated destination before we can ship.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• Subscription and bundle orders follow the same processing window unless otherwise noted at checkout.
• During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. We will update you if there is a meaningful delay.

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, cart contents, and current promotions.

• Standard and expedited options may be offered when available.
• Free-shipping thresholds (if any) are shown in the cart and at checkout.
• Duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders (if enabled) are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees. Once an order ships, transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

Typical transit after handoff to the carrier:

• Standard: about 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. (when offered).
• Expedited: faster options when selected and available.

Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can extend delivery. Tracking is the best real-time status once available.

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information (when the carrier provides it). You can also check status from your order confirmation email or account (if you checked out with an account).

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may charge a re-shipping fee or refund the product total minus original outbound shipping, depending on the situation.

Contact us quickly if you notice an address mistake after ordering — we will do our best to update it before the label is created.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with household members and your local carrier office first. Then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos if the package arrived damaged.

We will investigate with the carrier and, when appropriate, reship or refund according to our Returns Policy.

Subscription shipments follow the cadence you select at checkout (or in your subscription portal). You can typically pause, skip, or cancel according to the options shown in your account or subscription management emails before the next processing date.
